Our Customer Services lines are manned from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We always endeavour to process online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the lead up to Christmas, there may be a slight delay in processing orders due to the quantity of parcels going out. We apologise for any delay and can confirm that all orders should be dispatched within 24hrs to 48hrs of order (Monday to Friday, slightly longer if ordered on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday).

Orders received after 1pm may take a little longer to be processed as our outgoing parcels are dispatched early afternoon.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Second): £3.95

Please allow 3 working days. UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.

First Class Delivery (Royal Mail First): £5.95

Please allow 2 working days. UK mainland, Northern Ireland only.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special): £10.95

Next day delivery (if ordered before 1pm day prior)

Standard Delivery to Europe: £5.95

Please allow 14 working days (including Republic of Ireland)

Rest of the World: £15.95

Please allow 14 working days for delivery.


Returns

You have the statutory right to cancel orders at any time within seven working days after the day the items were received. This applies to all our products on the understanding that they are in their original wrapper and unused/worn. 

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, you must inform us of your decision in writing - by letter or email.

We will refund you the full purchase price, less postage and packing charges, as soon as possible - and in any case within a maximum of 30 days. This is conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error or the items were damaged or defective. We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.

In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order because the item is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If a product arrives damaged, or is defective, please notify us within seven working days and we will replace it.
