Online Purchases

Which credit cards does Tractor Ted accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro. Payment is taken through SagePay, a secure and safe payment gateway.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched on the next working day. Orders are then handed over to the courier to make delivery. Orders can be tracked where relevant using the DPD tracking device. 

Can I buy from outside of the UK?

If you are shopping from outside of the UK please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Full details to non UK addresses can be found by checking 'Delivery and Returns


Tractor Ted Events

Is Tractor Ted coming to XXX?

Tractor Ted LIVE visits around 100 events each year from Scotland to Southampton. We endeavour to visit as many areas of the UK and RoI as we can although some regions may be limited due to their location from the Tractor Ted offices in Somerset.

We can also support county shows and large rural events subject to availability. Please contact the Tractor Ted events team at events@tractorted.com if you would like us to attend an event that you are co-ordinating. 

How much will it cost for me to attend XXX?

Tractor Ted attends events that are co-ordinated by third party organisers be they Tractor Ted retailers or county shows. All details pertaining to admission costs, directions, opening times etc., should be addressed to the venue itself. 

Can I bring my dog to Bowood Big Machines Weekends?

No. We apologise but Bowood does not accept dogs in its grounds. 


Charity Donations

Can you donate to my charity event?

Tractor Ted endeavours to support as many charities as feasible. As you will understand, however, we receive hundreds of charitable requests each year. 

We are in the process of working towards nominating a 'Charity of the Year' for 2019+. This will enable us to spend the time and resources needed to support a worthwhile charitable cause. 

In the interim, we are also able to support a limited number of individual/independent fundraising efforts where we can. To enable this, we ask that... 

  1. Please send an SAE to Tractor Ted Customer Services, Highchurch, Radstock, Somerset, BA3 5XT a minimum of 2 months prior to your charity event with a letter explaning what event you are looking for Tractor Ted to support. 
  2. Where feasible, Tractor Ted will send out products that you can use as part of your fundraising efforts. Please note that we cannot support all charities but will do our best to accommodate where feasible.
