Product Recall
As a precautionary measure we are voluntarily recalling the Tractor Ted and Trailer Wooden Toy purchased since 1st October 2022 due to a potential safety issue. (Batch number JM1561 | SKU Code TEDTRAIL)
There is a chance that the wheels may detach from the trailer component of the toy, and as a consequence a small child (under 36 months) could put them in their mouth and choke. In addition, the haybale was also found to be too small and could cause a choking hazard.
What you need to do
If you purchased the Tractor Ted and Trailer Wooden Toy after 1st October 2022 either from the Tractor Ted website, a retail shop or other online retailer, please follow these instructions:
- We advise you stop using your toy
- To receive a full refund please return your toy to us
- Download and complete the Returns Form
- Get your pre-paid Royal Mail returns label here
- Send your completed Returns Form and toy back to us and we will issue you with a full refund
